How do I find out more about Woodlands Nursery?

Please click on the link on any page of the website to sign our Waiting List.  We will then send you an Information Pack, where you will find all the information about the day to day running of our nursery.  We are also always available to answer any questions on the phone!

What are the nursery opening hours?

We are open Monday-Friday from 7.30am until 6.00pm.  Children attending for a whole day can arrive from 7.30am.  Morning sessions are from 8.00am until 1.00pm, and afternoon sessions are 1.00pm until 6pm.

Does Woodlands Nursery close for Bank Holidays?

No, we are open for 50 weeks of the year.  We close for a two week period over Christmas and New Year, in line with the local school holidays.

How do we pay our Woodlands nursery fees?

Invoices are issued monthly in advance based on a 50 week year.  This will be divided over a 12 month period with equal payments due at the beginning of each month. 

Who do I contact if I have a question about my invoice?

How do I request a change to the sessions my child attends at Woodlands?

We require one month's written notice of any change to attendance, whether amending start dates, reducing sessions, or leaving our setting.  Written notice should be given by letter or emailed to our Nursery Manager.  If you wish to increase the number of sessions your child attends, please contact our Nursery Manager who will discuss availability with you.
